The kitchen takes particular delight in cooking local, regional dishes to accompany our more traditional cuisine, both national and international. With the breakfast and dinner considered important meals of the day; guests are able to choose a large and varied morning and evening buffet.
At dinner; a lavish selection of antipasti is followed by a choice of three first courses, three second courses, with cheese, fruit or sweets to follow. Lunch follows a more traditional theme table service and a more simpler cuisine offered from the menu.
